Contest Guidelines
Eligibility:

- Open category. Ages 14 and Above
- Individual participation only.
Artwork:

- Official anime line art will be provided by the organizer at the event.
- Participants are not allowed to modify or redraw the original design.
Coloring Materials:

- Participants must bring their own coloring tools (e.g., color pencils, markers, crayons).
- No digital tools or paint-based media (e.g., watercolor, acrylic) allowed.
Time Limit:

- Participants will have 90 minutes to complete their coloring. The contest will start promptly at 2.15 PM. Late arrivals will be disqualified, so please ensure you arrive on time.
Judging Criteria:

- Creativity in color selection and blending
- Neatness and technique
- Overall visual impact
- Interpretation of the anime theme
Submission:

- All entries must be submitted by the end of the session, approximately at 3.45 PM.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
What to Bring:

- Your own coloring materials (color pencils, markers, crayons, etc.)
- A clipboard or hard surface to color on (optional but recommended)
