What is InterLibrary Loan?
InterLibrary Loan (ILL) is a service for obtaining materials which are not available in the Library collection.
The required materials are acquired by the collaboration of libraries from other SEGi College institutions:
- SEGi University/Kota Damansara
- SEGi College Subang Jaya
- SEGi College Penang
- SEGi College Kuala Lumpur
Materials that cannot be borrowed are:
- Thesis / Project Paper / Academic Training;
- Magazine / Current Journal / Journals;
- Media materials.
Step to Apply Inter Library Loan (ILL)
- Find the citation or source of the materials
- Write down the email or letter to the librarian. Materials details such as Book Title, Author Name, Edition, Year of Publication & ISBN must be included.
- Your request is sent to the Librarian manually or via email.
- Librarian sent request from others SGC Library.
- Your materials will be sent back to SEGi College Sarawak
- You receive a call or email from the librarian telling you your request has been arrived.
- Collect your material from the SEGi College Sarawak Library Counter
